I am fatter as ever and at risk of destroying my marraige as result of this.
I set myself a personal smaller goal of 20 kilos by end of December. Technically I should be able to lose faster in the beginning, and that should give me a good jumpstart by december. By the way, I already lost 6.6kilos, so have 13.4kg to go.
Difficult, but not impossible. I need to do this for myself, my husband and my 4 year old daughter. I might not ever feel good enough if I don't.
