On April 10th, I began counting carbs and journaling my food. I need to find out how many carbs I should/should not eat. Last night, I ate far too many. I'll get back on track NOW! Oh, I didn't weigh on Sunday or Monday because I didn't have a scale. I did weigh on the scale at school though and I was 215 there. Yesterday, I bought a bathroom scale. This morning, I weighed 213.2 twice. After bathing, I weighed 212.3 ... a pound of dirt on this body! Dang! OK, here's to a good low-carb day!
