Today is my first day. well tonight anyways, i will really start tomorrow. i was told about this website threw my doctor and i really hope it works i need to have more strict discipline and stop getting discouraged. well here goes everything I've got!

You can do it! No worries! Find an activity that you love to do and stick to it - I love Zumba. It's a fun way to burn calories! I felt embarrassed at first because I'm obese, but I just let loose and have fun now! My friend has a watch that estimates the calories you are burning...she weighs about 200 lbs and she burned 950 calories in our last class!
