Had a great workout. That 22 Minute Hard Corp workout is no joke. It maybe short but it's intense and 6 days a week. Did Cardio 3 today. The exercises themselves were not terrible. Most were knee killers. I have 9 lbs to go to get back to my pre-baby weight and 14 lbs to reach my goal. Everyday I strive to stay on track with my diet. Everyday I struggle to make myself do the workouts after work.
