Yesterday.. hmm.. socializing and weight loss are so not the same thing. But had a healthy 200 cal breakfast,,, grabbed a cup of soup so I did eat my way through the tradeshow. .. but there was not much in the way of food anyway at the show.. which meant I drank 8 vodka/tonics (the least caloric beverage I like) followed by a little bar food so I did not fall over into my drink.
Well lets say not the 1800 calories I strive to keep.. but not more then 3000 calories....
I weighed myself today for the heck of it.. lost 4 lbs in one day.. if that were the case I would drink booze instead of eat every day... what is that the supermodel diet? But sadly I doubt that is how it works.
