Everyday, I try to exercise every day after work to keep metabolism still working well. I sometimes don't have time much to exercise. On that day, I do yoga instead of doing heavy exercise liked swimming, dancing and etc. And the most important is breakfast. You shouldn't avoid. In that meal, you can eat without worrying about calories in food that you eat cuz it become to be your energy that you use all day.
