so i did go up :( doesn't help that its a rainy day here too. but its ok. i won't get too bummed out about it. i will just keep on keepin' on ;)

144.9 lb Lost so far: 6.1 lb. Still to go: 14.9 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 2.1 lb a week

Every time it rains, I want to eat all day. Even if I don't eat all day, I don't eat exactly like I should. Don't worry about 1 pound. That's probably just water and it'll come off quickly. Keep that good attitude!! :-)
