Well FS friends, it did not go as well as planed ~laughs~ went to a SoA party (a few friends started getting together to watch the show "Son's of Anarchy" on TV, and turned it into a weekly gathering that moves from house to house.) last night, the menu was Chinese take out and beer. The beer I can live with out, brought the new cal reduced OJ, and diet cranberry juice to mix with vodka, makes a good tasting lower cal beverage. ordered a huge order (everyone shares like a buffet) of steamed vegetables.
Of course, it all fell apart, when I dipped into the other foods... oh well. Still under my RDI, and did get in my over 15k steps walking, 11 miles for the day total. So all was not a loss, and it was fun.
Next planed event... taking my sons to go see a movie this weekend, should be safe if we eat before we go....
