Today I decided to use fatsecret to journal my food while doing the Atkins program. Friends on Atkins like the friendliness of this website. I am happy with a 3 pound loss for the week. I had hoped for another pound but 3 is great. After all, I am not in a race but I do have goals and a finish line to cross.
