Well, another day of not eating much and not losing my weight. I did snack too much on my wife's baked goods, but I figured it into my calories and was still about 200 under for the day. Clothes don't fit differently, except I still suspect I have put on muscle. I had a great workout last night. Plan to move legs and back workout up to tonight since we will be busy Friday night.
