Walked 1 Mile in 26 minutes on the treadmill. Had to fast in the morning for blood work. Had first appt with Dr Scott Conard. I happy I finally found a Dr I can trust. I will start his Weight Loss class on Wednesday.
Felt tired,low energy and sleepy all day. Not too much stomach pain today. Pain level 4. Skipped afternoon walk, watched 2 hrs of TV and bed at 9:30
