I have been bouncing back and forth since Jan 1.. I weighed 200 on that date. Taking it slow. I weighed 232 on 8/1/15. Determined to get to 135. When I weighed that I thought I was fat. Can you believe that? I will make it. I walk a lot. I cut out Sugar. No Soft Drinks. Water and Tea only. No Packaged Foods. Everything Fresh. So far it's working. Watch Portion Sizes.
