6th November. On my third day of not being a lazy human-being and still wanting to be a more healthy balanced active person. I have eaten really well lots of fruit lean meats and calcium. Changed over to skim milk which is fine in my tea.
Joinned the gym and went to
Body Pump with my friend Marie which pushed me but did not break me so I am going back to the same class next week.
Off to my first SPINNING Class in about 20 minutes so I am sort of looking forward to it? Will report back later.
