Today is day 4 of "zero carbs". Felt like the scales hadn't budged for the first few days but I knew they would eventually. Today they finally moved downwards, yippee! Need to get a bit more exercise to keep up with a challenge I'm also doing on Facebook ("The Bacon Experiment"; 30 days of zero carb food and minimum 30 minutes exercise).
153.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week
