I am currently involved in the Valley's Biggest Loser and I am wanting to lose as much as I can and get to a Goal Weight of 200lbs. I weighed in at a starting weight of 266 and now I am currently at 257lbs. Only 57 left the go. Up to this point I have acheived that goal in portion control with a few exercise in between. Hopeful as I increase my exercise it will help me to get to my goal.
