Recently, I'm exercising more than 30mins a day, eating right, and not losing much of anything. It's becoming very annoying not to see much change on the scale, but I'm digging how my body's looking in the mirror ;]
159.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ain't that funny how for some they see it in the scales but not the body and then others notice how the body has changed but the scales don't reflect that??!! I'm in the scales section, well done on weight loss so far x
