Seems like everything is working against me!! Vacation last week - gained back 5 lbs, thankfully it came right off. But, with kids back in school AND football practice I've lost my (limited as it was) time for the gym! I really NEED some gym time - I have to find a way to squeeze in at least 30 minutes a day! It just isn't happening...I'm not getting enough sleep as it is so getting up earlier in the am doesn't work for me and if I work out after 7pm I will be up all night!! ARGH!
