I bought the Home starter kit which included the diet plan and some supplements. I plan to start the diet on Monday 9/19. I've been on Nutrisystem for a year. If I stuck with it, I could lose weight, but the fact of the matter is, I was just burned out. Comparing Nutrisystem to QWLC, I fear I'm going to starve. I've been trying to come up with meal ideas. Suggestions are welcome. I'm on Plan 1.
