So, time to start this weight loss thing again. My 8 year old saw me step on the scale the other day and sneaked a peek at my weight....and as some people might know, kids, especially boys, have trouble with their verbal filter. His look and his words hurt but it also made me realize I have not been a positive roll model to my boys when it comes to healthy life choices. I'm not good at the dieting thing so instead of putting myself on a strict diet I am going to just focus on portion control. Measuring portions, recording calories and being more active. I have two weddings that I am supposed to be in next year (2017) and have the goal of not having to buy my dresses from the plus size section. I would love to be able to buy off the rack.
