So I've admittedly been half heartedly trying to get back to eating well. So today I decided to go all the way and stick with my plan. I was all like but the extra 1/2 of scoop of cereal won't really be that bad. WRONG! So I did a thing....I actually measured out the recommended serving size of only 3/4 of a cup of my Ancient Grains Cereal!!!

Which by the way I was all like, ugh I'm not going to be one of the fad crazy hipster people and eat something with the words "ancient grains" in it. I mean c'mon it's just some grains..what the heck makes them so ancient and at that point, should they still be good to eat lol. Anyway the cereal....AMAZING! It really is filling with a tinge of sweetness, not too much and it's like eating the old school honey smacks without causing a filling cuz of all the sugar. So yep I'm now an ancient grain person.

Anyway I did the thing I measured out my cereal and It didn't kill me, I'm not wasting away and with my banana and coffee I'm full...like really full, go figure. :D
