Ok so I didn't lose any weight at all since last week. I am still the same. My wounds have healed up quite nicely so I think I will reduce the amount of protein I get from meat and try to get it from eggs and other sources. I am trying to diet according to the Food Pyramid diet or My Plate.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You probably do have to fully recover before you can push your body to lose weight, so no worries there. Congrats on your recovery, and good luck with your weight loss!

That's normal.. just make sure you work out.. its not just the food you need to look at and stick to portion control (the size of your hand each meal. The hand rule is good as even when your out with friends you can still eat that stuff but jus stick to portion and work out.. simple
