I'm officially going to start the KETO plan. I have maintained my blood pressure and cholesterol and have lost a lil over 10 lbs since starting again back in October on the Dash Plan. I've had some really great feedback from FS buddies and I've been reading and researching the KETO way of eating and I have tried a few recipes. I wanted to be sure it would be a way of eating that I could sustain and continue to enjoy going forward. I believe I can and I don't really feel deprived of anything, so we'll see how it goes. I just hope the fat intake will give me the energy I need for exercise and my daily activity in lieu of carbs. Any advise FS Buddies would be much appreciated. Happy Hump Day! :-)
