I had a rough weekend, consumed numerous beers, and ate like crap. But I was still able to rock the weights like a mad man. My chest and triceps are still sore after day 3 and did legs yesterday, I can barely walk today. My cardio is usually a minimum of 25 min. Daily. The scale is moving in the wrong direction but I feel amazing with tons of energy and strength. I guess slow and steady wins this race.

Good man. I think we all need to let our hair down and eat badly sometimes. Just so long as we jump back onto our healthy diet after that one or two days. I do treat myself once a week with a takeaway or dine out like maybe on Saturday or Sunday. I too believe that slow and steady wins. Glad you feel great after the workout.
