My plan is to maintain a daily carb consumption to less than 30 gms.; Proteins to 100 gms. Colesterol < 300 gms and Calories to 1230. I prepared a chart with the most common foods I consume in house.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
