Working extra shifts and this helps me to loose weight, because I usually eat healthier at work. The problem starts when I get home and since I am not getting home until 9:30pm, I workout and then want something sweet. I ate the last ice cream sandwich last night and plan to slow down on the sweet tooth. I no longer have a scale because I am in need of a new one. Meanwhile, I am definately loosing inches, but the belly is turning out to be the most difficult to get rid of, but I am not giving up, NO WAY.!!!!!
