ran the winterlaufe this weeend. 5 miles - did it in under an hour so i'm pleased. it's Feb and i haven't been running AT ALL.
Still feeling strong, but I also feel like I got out of my routine just enough to throw it a tad bit sideways. I am SO glad that i'm keeping food logs on my blog and that I have a place to rant and rave here. :-D
