Feeling back to my usual regime. My husband and I are on a month long camping trip. We walk, ride bikes, hike every day exploring the areas. I have been keeping up with the yoga every few days as well.
So I went to weigh myself on my digital scale and was not able to find a level flat surface. I was on the picnic table and on a carpet on the hard ground and the scale wouldn't read right. Jumped up and down with readings in kg then lbs and even $. Bizarre Finally I carried the scale to the bath house and got a measure on the sturdy tiles. 148. Yippee. Down another couple more and looking forward to chicken wings today for lunch😋
148.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah weird huh? I actually saw the $ notation on my digital scale. I suppose if I was in some kind of monetary based weight challenge that paid me? Doesn't make sense for me. $ is not my motivator, but for some it may be and I do encourage whatever it takes to get someone on the road to a healthier weight.

I did a challenge on DietBet . com and lost 4% of my bodyweight in 30 days. If you win you split the pot with other winners. I won 8.00! lol. The pot was over 300,000 but so many people hit their goal there was no money to be made.
