So had the weigh in. I like my scale at home better mostly because it is private and one can weigh starkers! A public gym is likely to get me arrested. So the home scale said 216.0 and Gym scale said 217.3 bpf 43.5 so coffee and clothes weigh a little more. But last I was weighed at gym was 218.9 and bpf was 43.7 Note Body %fat is down .2 wheeee here we go. We start a challenge with an injury! Patient fell and dragged me with her obstensively to use as a cushion. 400lb woman vs 216 LB woman is a lot of female hitting the floor... needless to say my back is messed up and I am purple on both sides. Looked lovely for the gym pics this morning. So on a positive note the Picture can only get better right? LOL I'm on a roll.. I will admit however, at my age, it is time to stop using the floor as a vector, it hurts.
