Wow, I ate so much food at the Super Bowl BarBQ, that I have a food hangover today. Maybe my diet pills were in complete stress mode. I could barely get out of bed. The strangest thing was the lack of much weight gain. Still today, I am in fast mode, and feel kind of groggy, as I write. Read today that BMI Charts are so very inaccurate, which is no shock to me. I have never been obese, and I laughed at the doctor, that told me that. I did get my books and materials for "The Cruise Control Diet" by James Ward, and am excited to look over these materials. I will share some of the facts of this. I also would like to share, and get insight, about my pill ingredients, that I googled and found new informational studies, as to their positive effects, as I was interested in the studies conducted on them, and was impressed by their "natural" composition. I have the same negative reaction, that I am sure, all of you have about "diet pills".
