I tracked most of my calories I walk mad when possible. I did have a few days of late nite snacking and did work out at all other than walking. this week I plan to work out at least 3x. wish me luck
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
