fasting saturdaying
Ran 11kms this morning and then had a spoonful of peanut butter.
okay, so not exactly fasting saturday. More like an Ode to Fasting.
But from 12pm onwards it's been 0-cal ( black coffee, black tea and h2o)
My mom's so depressingly thin and my brothers been walking in cape town fashion week and my sisters been doing shoots this entire week
and im here like "gimme cake to feed my round face"
urgh. i just need to hold out to bed-time.

Hafpaf I'm gonna get a camera and give you a shoot too just coz i'm a good buddy :) Hang in there! Time is the best supplement to weight loss :)

That's because I was a fat-ass who had alot to lose and still going through my losing process :D Do you do any weight training?

i do. only body-weight stuff though, so lunges, push-ups, an array of sit-up, core things. I follow this guide by a woman "kayla itsines" . But not very religiously. which i guess would be more beneficial

I suggest that you try doing some lifting with barbell and dumbbell exercises. Nothing hectic but I am sure you will get some good fat burning results if you do :)
