I hate this. I can't find an in between. I drastically changed my diet for 2 and a half weeks and nothing. I ate fruit for breakfast, a packet of tuna for lunch and a normal dinner. I lost nothing and I weighed every day. I have to do something drastic to even move the dial and then I get burned out because it's really hard. I need to figure out sustainable dieting. It's not working for me.
