Ok so not a good week at all, i have had time at home and completely indulged myself i9n any food and drink i wanted. I felt bloated and horrible to be honest so i am back on track with healthy eating and low fat options now i am at wemyss bay my new work place. I am here for another 2 months and am going to put my energy into losing a stone before i leave here. That wouold leave me at 12st 8lbs which i feel would be a great acheivement and would give me a great moral boost. I just really need to concentrate and stick to my program and be sensible. Now i am close to the end of the season i need to work out how i am going to eat when i get home and adapt my new program to home life. I think it will be quite hard however if i get down to my target weight which is the 12st 8lb that will give me 1/2 a stone wiggle room. I ideally want to be comfortable with my body and have enough energy to do what i want. I want to feel good in my clothes and not be ashamed when i go out. I also want the option of being able to go into any clothes shop and get clothes whereas before i had to go to shops where i had to find the biggest size pretty much. I want that freedom of choice to decide what i can wear and also look fashionable :)

I am very excited about starting my new job here i am putting my savings at the moment into buying a bike.When i was home i didnt do very well on the eating front however i cycled everywhere and i absolutely loved it! I am also looking forward to cycling here in my free time as there is a lot of wooded areas that have cycle tracks. It will also give me and my boyfriend a type of excercise we can do together.

I plan to be on here every week weighing in again and getting to a reasonable level of fitness so my first weigh in will be tomorrow so i will be updating with what i'd like to call my new starting weight!
