I haven't been following a diet plan, just exercising. I've been swimming on average, 2x/week. I'd like to bump it up to 3x/week and add in some jogging and weight training on a gradual basis. As for diet, I don't plan to follow any prescribed plan, just increase fresh fruits and veggies and monitor emotional eating. Typically if I increase my jogging, my interest in food will decrease.
