Felt like crap yesterday so I didn't even leave the house. Made it this morning and feel a lot better. Going to try and make it tonight also for the aquatic class. So that way I have met both of my goals. One to work out 2-3 times a week and attend at least one aquatic class.
311.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 161.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
