With remodeling, moving, and summer vacation out of the way, I am using the new structured schedule that we will be on to help me jupstart my new healthy lifestyle. I'm not going to punish myself for my slip ups, but I am going to make note of them and try harder the next day. Hoping that with the cooler weather workouts will be easier. Planning on using the equipment in my fitness room now instead of letting it collect dust. Throwing in a couple of jogging work outs and a dvd will help me to keep it fresh. PLanning on starting out with 3 days a week of activity. Hopefully at least 45 minutes each. For instance tonight I am going to walk the dog at the nearby park. TOmorrow I am planning on jogging the track at my sons baseball practice maybe Friday morning will be a walk and tone dvd session... Hoping to get in at least three workouts a day. Hoping that exercise, a balanced diet and a lot of water help to both jumpstart my weightloss, and also clear up this horrific acne I have been struggling with. :( Urggh I thought by 30 I'd be way pat hormonal breakouts. No Such Luck.
