I have been tracking what I have been eating for 6 days. 6 days ago I also started taking Slim Quick Ultra pills, and eating min 1200-1300 calories a day. I was 217.5 6 days ago. I have not weighed myself since. Every time I try and lose weight I become sooo focused on the number and weigh myself 2 -3 times a day. Then if I have a slip up and see it fluctuate upwards, bring out the pity donuts. I am feeling quite happy that I have made and stuck to meal plans for 6 days now. I have also made 2 new recipes I found that incorporate a lot of veggies which I usually avoid. Although the slim quick could possibly be a bunch of placebo hoopla it seems to make me wanna stick to my target calories, Don't want it to be a complete waste of my money. I have a healthy goal of 10 pounds by October 1st, I have a wedding and wanna look good.
