I'm happy with my eating habits. I'm doing 1200 calories a day. but my disability I can only walk half a block and rest and back again. I'm moving around more in the house doing extra things.
328.0 lb Lost so far: 38.6 lb.    Still to go: 128.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
