Doing well on WW lots of support as many of my coworkers are on program.
Glad to seesome lbs leaving. I have done well increasing my activity which is more of a time issue. My job at present really sucks up my free time.

168.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
