Goals: Overhaul my diet so I eat more vegetables and fruit, less cheese and fried/processed foods 150 mins of moderate physical activity a week (Either 1 hour / 3x week or 1.5 hours / 2x week until spring/summer starts and I can go running again -Treadmill -Weights -Pilates/Yoga Keep calories to 1500 a day or less to start, then increase as physical activity increases, no more than 2000 a day Stretch every day, work up to a split
