This week started out great. I've discovered a meal plan and it should last me through the rest of the week. It's in my goal calorie range, delicious, and I get spoiled by ending the day with Diet Hot Chocolate and low fat Whipped Cream :D But it's hard turning down the un real but oh so delicious foods I get offered. But by planning what i'm eating for the day it just gives me something to look for instead ov eating what's in my face. Give it a try (: It helps a lot!
