I'm really interested in joining the "No sugar" challenge, but I know that I won't be successful. Not with all the halloween chocolate stashed everywhere. I'd give in. Being positive is one thing, but being realistic is another. I hope this challenge comes up again after halloween. I think it would be interesting to see how I'd feel without all the bad fuel of sugar.

I'm not super interested in sweets (aside from chocolate), but a lot of my favourite flavour boosters are sugar laden... Like ketchup, bbq sauces, almost all fruit chutneys, terriyaki sauces etc...
I literally crave ketchup. Odd but true... And what else but fries go famously with ketchup!!?! When I do give in, I bake sweet potato fries- healthful: yes. But the amount of ketchup that satisfies me is not. Ugh.
