Hit a plateau and am now breaking through it. I added more exercise to my daily routine, as well as a high protein smoothie in the afternoon. Low calorie, high protein...it has given me a great boost of energy to get through the rest of my day. No more afternoon coffee runs to Starbucks for that extra dose of caffeine.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
