I went over my calories by 200. I am usually wayyy under so I don't think it will be too bad. The other measures are good. Less than 20 carbs more fat than protein. I tries to make chocolate fat bombs. I will not keep that recipe could not get the coconut oil to blend into the cream cheese and My bombs have little grease knots on them. Found a lemon cheesecake one that might be better I will make those as soon as I force me to eat these. I have 13 more darn it.
