Okay tomorrow is the day, I start the official Extreme FAT SMASH DIET I'm a little nervous because it is so strict but I am confident that if I can make it through the first cycle then I can do it!! I haven't been on a diet in over 7 years, I tried the Atkins diet and lost 65 pounds. Since then I have gradually gained 46 pounds back over the course of 3 years. I am determined to lose weight again & keep it off.

I tend to be an emotional eater, when I'm stressed I eat more and that has been a huge struggle for me. I am determined to make it through tomorrow by following the exact menu for cycle 1 day 1.
