Hello All! I just had my 2nd baby 2 months ago and time to get serious in getting my pre baby body back.

My goal is to lose 20 lbs hopefully by Christmas (hoping Thanksgiving doesnt sabotage my progress) . Im not sure what diet plan to follow since Ive never really been good at stickin to em. Any suggestions or feedback would be soo appreciated and anyone who just wants to say hello and is in a similar situation send me a msg. Would love to have a buddy to go through this journey with!!

i just saw this!! COngratulations on your new baby. YOu can do it if you set your mind to it. Once you have a baby the body changes, so it probably will not go back to exactly like before, but you can get close. Also it depends on if oyu are breastfeeding. If not, you can lose at a faster rate. If you are, you need to take in about 500 calories extra, than you normally would to lose weight. If you lose too much, too fast, you will also lose your milk. I suggest counting calories. It is my favorite and there are not a lot of rules. The only thing you have to do is not go over your daily calorie allowance. I can explain the net calories on your diet calendar if you need me too. this was very very confusing for me and took me some researching to finally "get it."
