I followed my diet really well this week except for two cheat days, this was due to it being my partners birthday and also my Dad's over the weekend.
I'm not surprised by the slight gain as I consumed a fair few ciders full of empty calories to celebrate. But my actual food consumption if anything on these days was too low in an attempt to compensate.
I did have birthday cake for breakfast for those days too.. which isn't ideal, but I remained within my calorie count (minus the ciders ;))

Still to go: 33.8 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
