i got off track the past few months, and now am starting to get back into it. i am juicing fruits and veggies 2x/week (just because i'm so lazy to clean the damn juicer every day), and eating grilled chicken on my salad. :) some people may say it's boring, but i think it tastes amazing! i don't feel tired, i don't feel hungry...
i am also going to really start incorporating my going to the gym a few times/week. i have been feeling really low about myself lately, and i know this will indeed boost my confidence in myself. :)
