Gained 3 christmas pounds. Not the gift I wanted but it was nit unexpected as I did not follow a diet. It is Always amazing how quick yiu gain and how slow yiu loose
171.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
