I just been eating healthy. Eat more fruits and vegs. I add protien to each meal. Drink lots of water. I add lemon to my water for a refreshing drink. If I crave something sweet to eat. I eat about 3 figs/dates. lots of nutrition value
205.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
